Motor Driven Pumps
OD Series
These are compact Mechanical Diaphragm Motor Driven Dosing Pumps. Using a spring return mechanism and a high torque electric motor that drives a forward stroke via a worm gear and eccentric mechanism and with a robust gearbox reduction system this ensures high performance, reliability and repeatable performance. This range of pumps has a PTFE diaphragm connected directly to the gearbox return rod.
Flow rates up to 116l/h at 50 Hz, 139 l/h at 60 Hz. Pressures up to 16 bars at 50 Hz and 60 Hz
1D Series
These larger Mechanical Diaphragm Dosing Pumps with a stroke length spring return controlled by an eccentric mechanism. Easy and minimum maintenance allowing minimum down time, saving on lost system process time. A PTFE diaphragm ensures chemical compatibility with any dosed chemicals. Manual stroke adjustment and optional 4‐20 mA automatic capacity control.
Flow rates up to 490l/h at 50 Hz, 505l/h at 60 Hz. Pressures up to 13 bar at 50 Hz and 11 bar at 60 Hz
