Etatron warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship
and will have the capacities and ratings as described.
The terms of this warranty shall be for a period of one (1) year after the product
is placed in service but not exceeding eighteen (18) months after shipment.
The warranty is effective only if the buyer promptly notifies Etatron in writing
of the defect, and promptly delivers the defective goods or parts to the factory,
delivery prepaid.
Liability for damage caused by such defective goods or parts shall be limited
to repairing or replacing the defective goods or parts as aforesaid.
Any parts, which are shipped by Etatron before receipt of goods returned for
inspection, must be covered by a purchase order from the buyer.
Once the goods to be inspected have been received and a report has been generated,
Etatron reserve the right to make the following decision:
- reject the claim as not warranty
- repair the goods and return them to the customer
- replace the product with a new item
In cases of a) or b), the buyer must accept the full cost of product despatched
before receipt of goods for inspection.
This warranty shall not apply to goods, which have been damaged because of the
following:
- Goods that have been altered or repaired without Etatron’s written consent.
- Incorrect Installation
- Use of equipment contrary to Etatron’s instructions.
- Damage caused by natural events and / or unforeseen circumstances (i.e. thunder,
fire, freeze).
Warranty excludes all wearing parts such as seals, o-rings, valves, tubing, diaphragms
etc..
No warranty is made against corrosion.
